Amy (she/they) is an academic, teacher, poet, and disability justice advocate. Currently, she is a Research Associate at the Leverhulme Center for the Future of Intelligence and the Center for Drones and Culture at the University of Cambridge.

She began her career studying contemporary literature regarding war and empire and writing poetry about the body, gender, and disability. This all led Amy to developing a core interest in the politics of the affective and psychological dimensions of human-technology relations in the contexts of surveillance and militarization.

Amy has published two poetry chapbooks, The Andy Poems (Red Mare Press, 2021), and Prosthetics and Other Organs (Dancing Girl Press, 2023). She is a fierce supporter of queer and trans justice, disability justice, and anti-racism.
